Web Master's Note

The information on this site is taken from many sources, Books, Photos that I and others have taken, Personal web sites, Genealogical web sites, State web sites, the Lumpkin County Library, the Dahlonega Gold Museum, Family members, and I am sure other sources, I have been working on it for years.

If you were not contacted for the use of this information, please check the email address that you have posted with your information. I have tried to contact every one whose information I have used. If you would like for me to remove any information, please Email me here.

The goal of this site is to keep SCV Camp 1860 informed with what is going on in the camp and also to be used as an genealogical site for people to find some information on the Confederates who lived, fought or moved to Lumpkin County Georgia before, during and after the war.

If you have any information that would be useful for this propose, Please Contact Me. I know how hard it has been to find information on some of my family, so if you have some information some one else could use please send it to me , so I may post it here.

Thank you,

Tracey K. Ragland
